To create thought provoking spaces, artistic exhibits, and collective musical performances where those believing in the freedom of gender expression are able to gather and contribute their thoughts/creations in an effort to positively promote the transgender movement in a very empowering manner. The Gender EDGE philosophy / collective idea is very open to anyone (straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer to any degree, those who are devoid of labels, and so forth) who are supportive of forwarding the transgender / gender variant community through the arts and focused ideas. The time has arrived for the younger, fiery, passionate, transgender individuals to propagate empowerment through creativity.

There are still far too many victims of discrimination, ridicule, mental / physical abuse, suicide, and homicide within the transgender community. Sadly, this is very true for anyone within the LGBTQ spectrum. With sincere help Gender EDGE will make it easier and safer for anyone to express their idea of gender variance. Open minds will prevail through a display of artistic strength.

Preconceived images will be changed. The art, thoughts, and creations will make powerful and personal statements to general society. Gender EDGE is a unique, intellectually driven philosophy / movement steadfastly committed to furthering the rise of equality for all transgender and gender variant souls. Release the emotion, the struggle, the repression --- find your edge, create, and help redefine gender within the environments that surround us all.
